  I was looking for a limo service to have myself and my bridal party transported to my wedding venue from my home. I found this service here on Yelp and when I contacted the company, the owner responded to me right away with a quote. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and I hired this company after my pleasant interaction with the owner. The owner did ask that I pay the limo driver in person, the day of in cash, only. What I didn't like is that on the day of my wedding, which was a busy and stressful time for me, the owner sent me a message confirming the limo service. I really wished he did that a day before. Unfortunately, I didn't see the message until days after my wedding, but it was not a problem since the limo did arrive at my residence 20 minutes early, which I really appreciated. My brother greeted the drive who was not in a very good mood. He told my brother that we had 15 minutes to get outside and into the limo or he was leaving us to pick up some other clients. The manner in which he said that sent panic throughout my bridal party in the house. In retrospect, we were on time, but when the limo drive said that he would leave us if we didn't come out, made us all on edge. The driver was not pleasant AT ALL. We left on time, got to the venue on time, so all in all, he fulfilled the service I payed for. I just didn't enjoy the driver's attitude and didn't like the fact the owner expected interaction with me ON my wedding day. Unfortunately, I would not use this service again.

  awful, awful,awful! would never ever work with them. they quoted me one price, then sent me an email raising the price by a hundred dollars, and when i called to figure out the issue they raised the price by another hundred dollars. AND there wasn't much bedside manor over the phone. just an overall bad experience, with garbage customer service

  The Best and most Honest Limousine service in the valley!!!!!! I spoke with Steve a month before our school's prom. There was a total of 14 in our group so he recommended the Navigator Limo. Last minute surprised us with a Hummer Limo!!! We were amazed to see that it was in spotless condition! The driver for the teens Krikor (Gregory) provided his number to them since he was waiting for them all 7 hours outside in case anything was needed. We highly recommend Elegance Limousine Service! Top Notch Quality and Great Prices!

  Our experience with Elegance Limousine was XLNT...from start to finish!
Steve was so helpful in arranging a small Party Bus for our annual Holiday Party. It was a last minute decision and a first time experience. He was prompt, accommodative and efficient.
And what can I say about David, our Party Bus driver? He was the NICEST guy: taking group photos with SEVERAL cell phones, uncorking our Champagne bottles for us and assisting some of our seniors.
After such a pleasant experience, we may just include Elegance Limo as part of our annual Holiday tradition.

  Horrible experience!! I don't recommend it, very bad service! I hired them for my daughter's15th birthday. Driver (owner I think ) got late to our event, he said he got late to pick us up because he stopped to get drinks and ice but there was not enough drinks and
ice for 15 people, and the bus was supposed to be for 24 people. The driver was very very rude, the first word that came out of his mouth were " I need to get paid in cash or I can't move anywhere" after he got late. We almost got late to the mass service because of him. "THE PARTY BUS " looks like a bus for senior transportation but he charged me as if it was a real party bus. He threw trash on the parking lot of a restaurant where I had to stop to buy drinks for the kids.I think this guy has issues, so just leave as that.
HORRIBLE.HORRIBLE.HORRIBLE!

  Loved our experience with Elegance Limousine and our driver Steve. The limo was very comfortable and the drive smooth. I always get a little nervous in a big limo as a lot of limo drivers are fairly agressive. I felt very safe and would definitely call Elegance again.

  Great party bus for senior prom. We got the 28 seater was clean has aux cord for music and waters for the kids ,great interior . Steve was great and responsible. Thanks again

  I usually don't write too many reviews but this is a must. I have been using this Limo service for years now. I've used them for small parties and large parties as well.
Had a great time every time. Prices are very reasonable and the service exceptional. 5+++

  This Limousine is the best. I was on a time frame three days before the prom! These days students prefer to go by Uber. I was very worried about my daughter using Uber with her friends. First, you do not know the driver. Second, the students were under the age of 18. Finally, I said Limo Service to have a piece of mind and the other parents agreed. Elegance Limousine Sevice picked up my daughter and her date who live in Santa Clarita and went to North Hollywood and Van Nuys for pick ups. My daughter said her friends and the parents were impressed by the service and the driver "Steve" which gave us a piece of mind. They had sodas and water for the students! Best of all, Steve took my telephone number for safety reasons. The drop off was prompt. The prices were great! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. My daughter who is in 12th grade wants to use their services when she gets married one day. We were treated like Family!
